Students who plan to enroll in final internship must apply two terms prior to the term in which they plan to intern. By completing this form, you are declaring your intent to complete your final internship. This is the first step in the process to acquiring a placement for your final internship experience. For some programs or placement counties, additional materials may be emailed to you with instructions on how to complete them and to whom they should be submitted.
